Website Orders
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the size, weight and packaging requirements of your order. Charges may include postage as well as packaging and fulfilment materials required to safely prepare and send your order.
TikTok Live Sale Orders
If you purchase or claim items during a Nannas Gifts TikTok Live Sale, your purchases may be combined into one order.
Shipping and handling is calculated once your complete order has been finalised and packed, as Live Sale orders can vary considerably in size, weight and packaging requirements.
Shipping and handling charges may include the cost of postage as well as packaging and fulfilment materials required to safely prepare and send your order.
Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully received and the order is showing as paid.
Large, heavy, bulky or multi-parcel orders may require additional shipping and handling charges. We will let you know before your order is finalised.
Your $20 Live Sale Deposit is credited towards your final Live Sale order as explained in our Live Sale Deposit terms.
Packaging
Orders may be packed using appropriate boxes, satchels, protective wrapping and other packaging depending on the items purchased. Fragile products will be packed with additional care where required.
