Nannas Gifts TikTok Live Deposit 💗

A $20 deposit is required to participate in and claim items during a Nannas Gifts TikTok Live Sale. Your deposit will be credited in full towards your final live sale order.

Once you claim an item, it is put aside especially for you and is no longer available for other customers to purchase.

If you do not purchase anything during the Live Sale, your $20 deposit will be refunded in full.

Following the live, your order will be finalised and an invoice issued. Payment of the remaining balance is required within 72 hours of receiving your invoice, unless another arrangement has been made with Nannas Gifts.

We understand that life happens. If you need a little more time, please contact us before the 72-hour payment period expires so we can discuss an alternative arrangement.

If payment is not received within 72 hours and no alternative arrangement has been made, your order may be cancelled and the claimed items returned to available stock. The Live Sale Deposit may be retained to cover reasonable costs associated with preparing, holding and cancelling the order.

Open baskets are available by prior arrangement only and will follow the payment arrangements agreed with Nannas Gifts.

📦 Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling is calculated once your Live Sale order has been finalised and packed, as orders can vary considerably in size, weight and packaging requirements.

Shipping and handling charges may include the cost of postage as well as packaging and fulfilment materials required to safely prepare and send your order.

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully received and the order is showing as paid.

All posted orders are sent with tracking. Large, heavy, bulky or multi-parcel orders may require additional shipping and handling charges. We will let you know before your order is finalised.

Local pickup may also be available by arrangement.
